Clelia helped me with shade matching, and she was absolutely wonderful... so kind, patient, and genuine. She really took her time to help me find what I needed and made me feel so comfortable. I left the store feeling so much better about myself, and I just wanted to share how much I appreciated her kindness.

I decided to leave due to lack of help and on my way out an employee on her phone looked at me and said with a smile thank you for coming in and immediately went back to her phone without a hesitation. I will never, ever go back to Sephora for those reasons. I may have not walked in with a face full of makeup, but I may have walked out with a bag of cosmetics Sephora just lost out on.
