  Not sure why my friend’s review keeps getting removed but I will be calling customer service if it gets removed I’m adding it because he deserves credit “ I was checking out the Augustinus Bader line last night when Aaron came over. Super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the products and the science behind them. January might honestly be the best time to shop here because the attention, service, and samples were amazing. I tried the Rich Cream around my eyes, and I could see a difference right away. If I hadn’t already stocked up in other products before the holidays, I would’ve grabbed the starter kit on the spot. I can’t wait to finish what I have so I can come back and try it. Huge thanks to Aaron for the product info, generous samples, and genuine enthusiasm. It’s people like Aaron that make shopping in-store so enjoyable!”

  I went here yesterday, Valentine's Day. It's like a zoo too many people. There were a few sales people who instead of greeting me looks like ignored me. Anyway, one of them saw me looking like I needed help so he smiled at me. His name is Diego, he asked what I needed and told him moisturizer and he told me the brands I am looking for they don't carry anymore. He made me a recommendation and told me he is with a customer so he told me where to go and said there should be a sales associate to help me. I really didn't understand the brand so not familiar with it but later on found it. No Sales associate was looking to help me so I grabbed what I thought would be close to what I needed. I looked for Diego again since he helped me I want him to get the credit. He acknowledged me and still with a customer, so while the customer was still browsing around he asked if I can wait a couple minutes and he will ring me up. In a minute or so he took my payment and I was out of there. I think I was there a total of less than 20 minutes because of the efficiency and friendliness of Diego. Thank you Diego, I think you should train all the associates in your store.

  I’m disappointed to see these products being sold and promoted. Huda Beauty’s founder has publicly aligned herself with the Islamic Republic, a regime widely known for supporting terrorist organizations and for violently repressing its own people. During the recent massacres in Iran, she remained silent about the suffering of Iranians and instead spoke against the Iranian people calling for freedom. Stop selling her product at Sephora

  Came here 31 Jan 26 and received customer service from AARON. He’s the best service rep ever!! He saved me a bunch of time and was knowledgeable about the products and Sephora’s programs, his service made my day a bit brighter. Thanks Aaron!!
