    Let me start by saying the young lady that helped me find my products was delightful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately my check out experience was different. I was gifted a bottle of Sephora brand makeup setting spray for holidays but the dispenser never worked. I just wanted to exchange it for a working one. (Unused I might add). Because I didn’t have PROOF of purchase she wouldn’t let me EXCHANGE it for a working one. What?!? How do you think I acquired it. And then asked me if I wanted to purchase a working one. Seriously?? How do you assist exchanges for customers that received Sephora items as gifts? There’s definitely something broken in your policy. Note: You might want to think twice before you buy a gift from Sephora. The recipient can’t exchange it Without proof of purchase.

    Unfortunately, I had a very upsetting experience at this Sephora location. While shopping, my sunglasses were stolen. I reported it immediately and waited almost two hours in the parking lot for cameras to be reviewed. Because of this, I did not have the opportunity to properly check my purchases before leaving the store. When I arrived home, I realized that one of the boxes I paid for was completely empty. I had already called the store from the parking lot, spoken to a manager, and left my phone number. My advice to other customers: do not assume products are inside the box just because you paid for them. Open and check every item before leaving the store. I walked away having paid for an item I never received, along with my sunglasses being stolen. This experience was extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about in-store handling and security. UPDATE – Saturday Morning This morning, I realized that two additional product boxes were also empty. Because I made a large purchase and my items were placed in two different bags, and I was overwhelmed preparing for my trip to Mexico, I did not notice this sooner. I want to strongly advise customers: please open and check that products are inside every box before leaving the store. Do not assume items are inside just because you paid for them. Unfortunately, I did exactly that and later discovered multiple empty boxes. This situation has been extremely stressful and disappointing. UPDATE – Saturday Morning This morning, I realized that two additional product boxes were also empty. Because I made a large purchase and my items were placed in two different bags, and I was overwhelmed preparing for my trip to Mexico, I did not notice this sooner. Update- Sunday 1-25-2026 On Friday, I received a call from Stephany, one of the store managers, with an update regarding the security footage related to my stolen sunglasses. During that call, I was told that “this is what the investigation resulted in,” and that was presented as the final answer. As a loyal Sephora customer of over 5 years, this response is extremely disappointing. I specifically requested to see the security footage, especially given how quickly the incident happened. My sunglasses were stolen within seconds, and it was not another customer. I paid for my products at the register closest to the door, clearly remember seeing my sunglasses while I was paying, and walked back into the store within seconds—they were already gone. What is even more concerning is that I made two large purchases, and three of the boxes I paid for were completely empty. This raises serious concerns about in-store handling, security, and internal controls. As a customer, this is extremely alarming. I also advised Stephany to take the time to review past customer and staff reviews, as there appears to be a pattern of concerns that should not be ignored. That, in itself, is very troubling. This situation was not handled with transparency or care, and I feel dismissed as a long-time, loyal customer. I am still requesting to review the security footage and receive a proper response.

    Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this location for a Feature Focus (eye makeup) service. Although the person who helped me was very kind, respectful, and friendly, she didn’t seem to have enough experience. I specifically asked for a cat-eye look, but instead she applied an eyeliner with a rounded end, which did not suit my eyes at all and looked quite unflattering. Because she was so sweet, I didn’t feel comfortable saying anything at the time. However, I ended up removing the makeup on my way home and completely washed it out once I got there. I hope Sephora at this location can hire more experienced artists for these services, especially those who understand techniques and know how to work with different eye shapes. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location for this service.
