    On a busy day like today, I have to give huge thanks to Steven! Steven pulled the products that I needed when I called and had everything set up, pulled my account and the receipt together so I walked in the door and just paid. Give that amazing human a raise! This kind of efficiency is a lost art and I am so grateful.

    I’ve been a hairstylist for 14 years and in three different locations… The Pacific Beach location is by far the most customer friendly experience I’ve ever had! Steven and Ashley and everyone are just amazing! They are truly stylist oriented! I love that they call me when they are sales and every time I go in there I feel like I’m saying hi to friends! Hands-down, I absolutely love shopping at the SCPB!!!

    I'm so happy they opened this beauty supply so close to me. I'm even more excited that everyone here is so friendly. Great customer service and I will admit I am picky about customer service. Manager is a sweetheart and I believe it rolls down to their employees because they are all so sweet.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
