  I had such a wonderful experience at MAC thanks to Mikayla! She was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me find the perfect foundation match — and she nailed it. The shade and finish are flawless. She truly went above and beyond, even surprising me with a sweet gift, which made the visit feel extra special. The store was clean, welcoming, and beautifully organized. Highly recommend Mikayla and this MAC location — I’ll definitely be back! 🤍

  Edited to say that I called the number provided, got sent around a phone tree for 7 minutes, got an associate who was inaudible who said she would call me back and never did. I called again and in the middle of the call, it was disconnected and no one ever called me back. I’ll never spend another dime with MAC! I received a lipglass trio as a Christmas present. The colors didn’t suit me so I tried to exchange it at the UTC MAC store. I encountered an extremely rude and dismissive salesperson who treated me like a leper because I had no receipt even though it was a gift. I will never buy MAC cosmetics again based on this rude and unwarranted interaction.

  Walked in today on 1/3/2026 and was not greeted or asked if I needed anything. Instead the employees just sat there talking not even acknowledging me or the other customer that was in there. I love MAC products but every time I visit this one its just a shit show tbh. You are there to work not make friends, do it off the clock. Just go to the one in Macy's, I walked there after this visit and was treated with respect and was actually able to buy the product I wanted to purchase.

  A small cosmetic shop with ample products and services.Generally, staff is professional in products knowledge, makeover practices, color matching and guiding for foundations and finish touch up items.A bit more attention is needed from the desk and sales staff on greeting the customers and proactively offering for help to the customers.The feedback, particularly negative one, should be addressed properly and be investigated thoroughly by the Management .This will boost your business for sure!
