Instead the employees just sat there talking not even acknowledging me or the other customer that was in there. I love MAC products but every time I visit this one its just a shit show tbh. You are there to work not make friends, do it off the clock. Just go to the one in Macy's, I walked there after this visit and was treated with respect and was actually able to buy the product I wanted to purchase.

Samy was kind and patient and no over selling for my skin type she made thoughtful suggestions and asked good questions to make sure I got the right foundation and powder duo. She got me color matched beautifully, and helped me build an eye pallet to best suit my eye color annd skin tone all while staying engaged with other customers. Best experience at a freestanding MAC in a while. Thank you samy.
