We like that preferences are saved in the system but that the stylist customizes the cut each time. Online check-in is easy, and with it we rarely have longer than a 10-minute wait. Parking lot can get crowded, especially around lunchtime and when school lets out on weekdays. There's always ample parking, it might just take a little longer to get from the parking spot to Great Clips.
