- PIPatricia IgdanesSep 7, 20255.0to be honest, i’ve always liked getting my haircut from here! last time i got an amazing haircut from emily and then i got another amazing haircut from flor! i don’t think a lot of people are just used to hearing a woman with an accent— but i thought flor was the sweetest to me. it reminded me a lot of when i got haircuts from my mom when i was younger lol! the customer service was great and i loved our conversation. i also liked that she knew how to handle my type of hair texture and gave me a hair cut suitable for my face shape!

The 2 worst time we're from Flor, I gave her the same example and she was so argumentative, asked for 0 high fade and straight up said no I'm only doing medium fade, gave her benefit of the doubt, maybe shes sees something i can't...boy was i wrong, I can clearly see the fade line, her blending is atrocious. Jesus just give me what I want, I hate this so much, I'm looking for another shop while writing this review. The more I look at ot, the more I hate it.

I asked to have the hair covered seat wiped down and it was just wiped at with a towel that only got some off. The haircut was just ok, a little uneven on a simple trim. I regret going through with the cut, the station was so gross. I can't speak to the cleanliness of the other ones, just the one I was at.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
