I wish I would have read the poor reviews before going here. I went for a wash and a trim. The lady with shirt gray hair was polite, but has absolutely no business cutting hair. When she was drying my hair she would leave it in one spot for so long it was burning my scalp. When I pulled away one time because it was hurting so much she was like I can give you a towel and you can dry it at home. My hair was DRIPPING wet. I told her no that I was not going home and it needed to be "finger dry" as outlined in your company policy. She reluctantly continued to dry one side. The other side she didnt really do and at that point I gave up on her.
I got home a few hours later and it seemed my hair wasn't drying on the top. She had put conditioner all over my hair, top, mid section and roots. She failed to remove any conditioner from the top and left my hair super greasy when it dried.
Realizing this I decided I had to shower right away and take all the conditioner off and just rewashed my hair. It's then I realized this lady left a part of hair that she never cut! Very obviously missed it because she took all but I kid you not 2 minutes cutting my hair. While I recognize that it's not completely lopsided like others in the reviews it's still shows the lack of professionalism they hold.
She was the only person there when I arrived and she was on a personal call. Her personal phone received 3 calls that she denied until they started calling the store. She took the call and it was a personal call while I sat in the chair with wet hair.
I hope this lady gets the training she needs because overall, in every aspect of this haircut was a total lack of capacity to perform her job.

I took my mother and daughter here, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. At first, we didn’t notice the problem, but after we got home, showered, and combed their hair, it was obvious that the cuts were uneven. My mother’s hair was noticeably longer on one side than the other, and my daughter’s hair looked completely botched—nothing was straight.
We returned the next morning at 9 AM, and while the stylist was there, she seemed annoyed that we pointed out the issue and asked for it to be fixed. Even after “fixing” my mom’s hair, it was still uneven. She originally didn’t want short hair, but now she will have to cut it even shorter just to even it out. For my daughter, I even sent a photo to a lifelong friend out of state, and she laughed because it looked so bad—she honestly thought I had cut it myself.
The stylist ended up using clippers on my daughter’s hair to even it out, and I realized afterward that the comb she used hadn’t been cleaned between customers. A male client had been in the chair before my daughter, and the same comb was used without sanitizing—something I didn’t notice until we left.
We won’t be coming back. If you go, I recommend waiting for the younger stylist. Maybe the older stylist is fine with men’s cuts or very short women’s hair, but for long hair—absolutely not.

This was the worse haircut of all the other locations of great clips I went to and I gave 2 different chances. Really sad about it because this location is under 10 min from my place, now I have to drive like 20 min to the next location and I get haircut almost every week. The lady is all flash and no result. Doesn’t understand simple instructions, crooked lines, patched fade (after confirming several times I want fade and not a strength line), not sure how she managed to do one edge angled the other edge round in the back. At some point thought it’s a prank, that couldn’t be serious work.
Mens, womens, kids and senior haircuts as well as bang, neck and beard trims. Other haircare services include shampoo, blow dry, or hair styling such as an updo. Select salons offer perm services.
