  I absolutely love this experience. In the future it would be nice to have some comfortable seating so that I can sit down and have a moment with testing. I love going here instead of department stores to get the true vibe, and that your store features a lot more products. I would also love to see more fragrances. You have the majority, but there are still some fragrances on the website I'm not seeing in the store. I'm hoping to experience them as well in the future.

  Love the store and love their products… I received an hourglass diffuser for a gift. Was not content with some of the features and spoke with Lynn on the phone. She advised me the best way to get sorted would be to come in and talk to an actual employee or manager of the store. When we arrived, we worked with William, the store mgr. William was very understanding and listened to our Product challenge. He provide provided a very viable solution To keep us happy customers. All of the UTC team was very polite and Made outstanding recommendations based on the flavor of scents we are Familiar with and made even better/newer suggestions. Forever loyal to these products, especially after the customer service we received from William, Lynn, and the team

  I had an amazing experience at Diptyque thanks to Charina. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and created such a comfortable atmosphere while helping me choose the perfect fragrance.   I had a wonderful experience at Diptyque UTC. I walked in without a specific product in mind—I was simply exploring the collection. Charina’s professionalism and warmth made the visit truly outstanding. She introduced me to the Holiday Collection and gave clear, thoughtful explanations that helped me understand each scent quickly and easily. Because of her expertise and attentiveness, I discovered products I genuinely loved. I highly recommend visiting this location, especially if you have the chance to work with Charina.

  Charina just gave my mom and I the best experience ever at diptyque. She was so kind letting us experience all the different scents. We have been in diptyque stores all around and love their candles but have never experienced such a warm and wonderful sales experience and we will be back because of her!!! Thank you
