  I enjoyed my seamless experience in this store. Charina is very engaging and knowledgeable with the scents that are available and will guide you accordingly even if you don’t have a scent in mind. Hope to visit Diptyque UTC San Diego soon :)

  I absolutely love this experience. In the future it would be nice to have some comfortable seating so that I can sit down and have a moment with testing. I love going here instead of department stores to get the true vibe, and that your store features a lot more products. I would also love to see more fragrances. You have the majority, but there are still some fragrances on the website I'm not seeing in the store. I'm hoping to experience them as well in the future.

  Love the store and love their products… I received an hourglass diffuser for a gift. Was not content with some of the features and spoke with Lynn on the phone. She advised me the best way to get sorted would be to come in and talk to an actual employee or manager of the store. When we arrived, we worked with William, the store mgr. William was very understanding and listened to our Product challenge. He provide provided a very viable solution To keep us happy customers. All of the UTC team was very polite and Made outstanding recommendations based on the flavor of scents we are Familiar with and made even better/newer suggestions. Forever loyal to these products, especially after the customer service we received from William, Lynn, and the team
