  arrived about 30 minutes before my scheduled check-in time and waited in my car, following the Great Clips app, which tells you exactly when to enter the store. When the app notified me it was time to go in, I did so. Once inside, I was told I was no longer on the list despite the app clearly indicating that I was next. The employee then asked for my phone number. I believed they were checking my place in line, but instead I was unknowingly added back to the list, which pushed my wait time back another hour. Naturally, this was frustrating because I had arrived earlier than others and was originally next in line according to the app. I calmly expressed that I didn’t think this was fair and explained that I had followed the app instructions exactly. I was told the issue was due to a recent app update or glitch, which I understand can happen. Later, I called the store and explained that if this situation ever happens again, I would like to speak with a manager rather than be asked to wait another hour after already following the app’s directions. The next day, I received a call from the manager stating that the employee claimed I cursed at them, which is completely untrue, and I was told I should go to a different location going forward. This was upsetting, especially since I never asked to speak to a manager at that time I only stated that I would like to do so if the issue happened again in the future. I believe this situation stemmed from a misunderstanding and a technical issue with the app, but I was disappointed by how it was escalated and by being mischaracterized. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and handling of app-related issues so other customers don’t experience the same frustration.

  No veteran discount at this location. Discounts are now limited to active military only. Fellow veterans may want to check nearby Great Clips locations, as discounts are usually a franchise owner decision and appear to vary by location. I usually add the discount to the employee tip so owner might want to rethink this as I sure I'm not the only one. Haircut was otherwise amazing but unfortunately I won't be back to this location without a coupon.

  Chloe has cut my bangs multiple times and I always love how they come out! She is very engaging and asks for my input throughout my cut to make sure they come out just the way I want them too. Would highly recommend Chloe to family and friends. She's awesome!

  Jessica at the University and Kendall location always does my hair. I trust her with me and my kids. She always cuts hair the way we like it and best of all she’s fast. I always recommend her for a great cut and a quick in and out.

  I don't cut my hair very often. I had a very specific haircut in my mind and I didn't know how to convey it but my barber Chloe was very helpful in asking the right questions to make my image a reality. When I need a trim I will be asking for her again.
