Thankfully there was this other lady there sad I didn't get her name she was helpful but also as I was walking out I told the other lady she was rude and should not be where she has to engage customers. will be persistent and will not stop until I know that this is addressed to her she going at it with me as I was walking out the door... Unbelievable that salon centric would hire or not keep up with employees like her to make sure customers are feeling welcome and encouraged to bring back business to this establishment.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
