I got Carmen and she was very aggressive to the point I was tearing up, mind I have curly hair and I’m use to some pulling but she was yanking at my hair!!! Not to mention she did not do the hair color I wanted, my hair is just brown now! I paid $170 and I have had gone to somewhere cheaper and better. I wanted to give this salon another chance but I will NEVER come back again. Waste of money and I got laid off due to closure, this was a tragic MESS!
