  1- I booked appointment through website with Julia it indecated that it is $105 . I thought it’s professional environment and it should be fixed price but they charged me $195 . If they told be before doing my hair I would never go do such cheap manner place . When I asked them why is it 195 in the list they said because they curled my hair . I said I never asked for it why you curled and and then charged me for the service I never asked for . Then she said okay we are disregarding curling thing but it’s still $195 . I felt like they trapped me . They charged me 25$ for extra foil . $25 for chemicals used in my and I don’t know what else if I knew it was that expensive I wouldn’t do my hairs at this saloon . But they won’t tell you the cost before doing the hair they will surprise you at the end of the. 2 - my hair had a color already . Before starting I told my stylist that I want to get rid of whatever I have and showed her a picture of silver and black highlights. She said because my hair is black it is not possible to go very blond but she promised me she would do something similar . After finishing it my hair was all whitish . No highlight was visible . When I complained they say we told you that it is not possible to go too blonde. . But I couldn’t see any highlights in my hair . They damaged my hair . 3- when I told them to fix my hair and give me some dark lights so the highlights become visible . They said we will charge you 195 again . To fix their mistake . Such a bad saloon such bad people such a bad service I would never recommend this saloon to anyone .

  I came here to get a haircut after I had my baby a few years back and finally have the courage to leave a review. I have to say my hair wasn’t at its best after two weeks of postpartum and my hairstylist(2 year) that day made me cried after leaving the salon. She told me my hair wasn’t healthy and shamed me every time she brushed my hair because I had hair falling out. My hair was long and wanted it cut to a medium length but she kept insisting, the shorter the better because my hair is no good. So until I realized my hair was up to my neck I told her to please stop cutting. I was nice enough to pay her for the haircut I didn’t want and the rude comments she made. Never went back.

  Jc penny manager very rude I asking my old stylist fay never booked appointment said to me I can do i said how much for front 175 I said no I want fay never fay called rude to me go jcpenney Roseville very disappointed 😤 she is unhelpful jealous no one interested to go book very bad costomers service
