  My experience was good, my boyfriend's wasn't. The young thin Asian lady with lomg dark hair offered to cut his hair. He said she said "I dont even know what to do with it." I mean can't you tell what it was doing? It just needed to be shorter and faded on the sides. She did not fade the sides, she actually left his hair looking unfinished, he had to put a hat on right away. There's this super long piece of hair coming out of the back of his head. Didn't she see that? When I looked at her before even knowing she did a horrible job on my boyfriend's hair I got this feeling she was inexperienced. Then I find out what she did to his head. I was so angry, I told him to go back in there and tell someone else to fix it but he wouldn't. He doesn't want to seem like a complainor. I honestly don't think she should have offered to cut his hair because she made it look worse than it was. Looks like a kid cut his hair. He wasted his money.

  Update: Within a week management reached out to fix the issue. They did refund, they were kind, and have proposed a solution to get my daughter's hair back to normal. Keeping it at 3 stars because the issue was avoidable. However the customer service was impeccable. Original Review: Incredibly disappointed. My daughter's first professional haircut, her hair was well past her shoulders, and she asked (and also held her phone with the image up for the entire cut out of ignorance) and this woman BOTCHED her hair beyond fixing. Absolutely escalating to whatever means necessary. I hate the fact that I even paid because I didnt want to cause a scene. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL JENNY. My daughter cried in the car afterwarss and refused to even go into the store to find a replacement wig because she feels ugly. I paid 80$ for extensions to possible create the style MYSELF with fake hair so my daughter isnt humiliated. SO unbelievably angry. First pic is what was asked. The next 4 is the hatchet job Jenny performed.

  DO NOT GO HERE!! TRAUMATIZED!! My hair was below my shoulders. I asked for 1 inch off the length and layers. HANNAH COMPLETELY BUTCHERED ME!! She took 4-5 inches in length and gave me a man's hair cut. I cant even make a ponytail, my hair is all gone. I have never felt so violated and so angry!! Please do not go here, you will regret it!
