  Brandi was amazing and helped us very kindly. I went to ask about the gift that Sephora sends every year for my birthday, and even though for some reason this gift didn't appear in my account, Brandi showed excellent customer service by giving it to me anyway. We took advantage of the 20% discount to make an additional purchase. My wife and I left very happy with the way Brandi helped us.

  Shopping at Sephora in Sacramento was a generally pleasant experience, with a few notable snags. The store itself is well-organized and inviting, typical of Sephora's clean and modern aesthetic. I found it to be a nice place to browse, with products neatly displayed and easy to find. The staff were particularly helpful. I approached a few different employees with questions about various products, and each one was knowledgeable and genuinely eager to assist. They offered recommendations and seemed to have a good understanding of the inventory, which made navigating the vast selection much easier. However, the main issue I encountered was the stock of common makeup shades. Despite the store's overall well-maintained appearance, they were out of almost all the popular or universally flattering shades in several makeup categories, particularly foundations and concealers. This was quite frustrating, as it meant I couldn't find the products I was specifically looking for in my shade. It felt like a significant oversight for a store that prides itself on variety and catering to diverse skin tones. Overall, while the Sacramento Sephora boasts a helpful team and a pleasant shopping environment, the lack of common makeup shades in stock was a definite downside. If you're heading there for a specific, popular shade, it might be worth calling ahead to check availability.

  Visited once. There were 3 employees and not one greeted or even made eye contact with me. I was looking for suggestions and could t even get a greeting. There was only one other customer and they were at the register. I left and proceeded to spend my money elsewhere. Times are not easy for retail. You'd think they'd offer some customer service to make a sale. I couldn't even get common decency.

  I wish I asked the name of the person that helped me. They were so nice and immediately helped me look for a brow gel and lip tint. I'm very unskilled with makeup and it felt like I was getting help from a friend 🥲 cannot recommend them enough
