Visited a few days ago. The employees were useless and not welcoming at all. Happily spent my money elsewhere.

I was looking for a gift.
No one assisted me they just walked when I made eye contact.
I forcefully got someone to assist me. Her name was Cassie not the best customer service from what I saw, but I needed something and I needed it now the cologne that I was looking for was not available and I asked her a simple question there was no need for an attitude.
When it got down to paying for the gift, the girl at the register she’s Hispanic. I didn’t quite get her name. I kept telling her my birthday name she didn’t get it. She was too busy talking to other people at the store, that look very unprofessional , I don’t think I’m gonna come back to this store again I rather just do it online people don’t know what they’re doing and people have attitude problems. They need to fix or they find some other job to better themselves.

When did asking a kind, simple question become something that deserved eye-rolling and disrespect?
I truly understand that it’s the holiday season and that retail workers are under a lot of pressure right now — my heart genuinely goes out to everyone working long hours during a very stressful time.
That said, I had an experience at this location that left me feeling deeply uncomfortable. I approached an employee with a very simple question about one item. I was polite, respectful, apologized for interrupting, and expressed appreciation for any help they could offer.
Instead, I was looked up and down, met with sighs, eye-rolling, and a dismissive attitude that made me feel unwelcome.
I am a person with a disability, and interactions like this can be especially difficult. Shopping should never feel intimidating or humiliating, and I left feeling uncomfortable in a space that is meant to be inclusive and welcoming.
I’m not writing this to get anyone in trouble — I truly do understand the stress of the holidays — but kindness and basic respect matter. I hope this feedback encourages more awareness and compassion moving forward, especially toward customers with disabilities.

MJ was super helpful. I was going to leave the store with nothing but she helped shade match me and recommended many products that I needed. Am incredibly satisfied with the service, that I don’t even care that I spent over 100.

I recently had to exchange my Coanda X2 Airwrap because the one I purchased was defective. I originally bought it during a 15% off sale, and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get the same discount again. Thankfully, the manager, Shay, was absolutely amazing. She was patient, helpful, and so accommodating she went above and beyond to honor the original sale and made the entire exchange process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her kindness and exceptional customer service!
