- NDNatalie DavinAug 29, 20251.0I placed a mobile order for 2 lip pencils last night, today I received my package but i received a lip pencil and a lipstick. It clearly shows i have 2 lip pencils in my order. I called to ask to receive the correct product and they told me i have to come in store to do the exchange . But they reassured me they had my correct pencil in stock. So how did i receive the wrong product? I told them i was not able to come in person especially drive 30+ minutes for something that was THEIR fault and they said there’s nothing that they can do about it. How is it i spend over $40 and they cannot even provide the correct products and expect me to be able to come in when they made the mistake. I tried calling customer service multiple times and not once did i get help.
