Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. - SKshawn killinDec 16, 20255.0I haven’t been to this store since before I had my son… nearly 7 years ago, but it came to mind when I was brainstorming gifts for a new friend. We walked in, were immediately greeted, offered and received help and had the gift picked out, in my desired price range, within about 3 minutes. We then looked around, and were offered help again, a few times, but not in a way that at all felt pushy or annoying. One lovely girl gave me a sample for an exfoliating face wash, which is something I have been searching for, for so long. Another employee offered to help me, and my son try whatever we wanted. I declined, mostly because I just had too much crap in my hands (bags, purse, son’s jacket etc) to not feel overwhelmed, so I intend to go back soon to dive in and splurge. The check out process was also easy and had a nice conversation with the employees up there, after they were very sweet to my son. All in all, it was a great experience in a beautiful store, with awesome, knowledgeable and helpful employees. I highly recommend checking it out.

Had the worst experience today from the manager Leilani. She has no customer service skills or care for your business. I left the products chosen on counter and will go take my business to the Roseville location.

We are super bummed about not getting Elfish this year and that the preserved version of Ocean Salt went away. Please bring them back!!

Yesterday I was able to witness her magic and she made my day! Thank yu Jojo and Lush for this beautiful soul!!
