  New to the area and I have found a new hairstylist, Janet is fantastic! She cut my hair with care rather than rushing through it. Very sweet and loving.

  Booked an appointment and when I showed up it was cancelled twice... stylist didn't seem to care. Poor customer service, just a waste a time.

  Very sweet stylist, but I was so disappointed with the results I almost didn't make it to the parking lot before sobbing. I described to my stylist the color service I wanted (something I've been having done for about 17 years) and showed them a picture of me with it, they said they still didn't think it could be done. I asked them not to do it if they didn't feel comfortable, but they said they would try to get it as light as they could. The service took longer than expected, and I felt bad because I don't think they had ever done this service before (from what they told me). When it was complete, it looked absolutely nothing like the picture I provided or what I was looking for. I was so shocked I couldn't speak. I declined the blow dry because I was on the brink of tears and I had to leave as quickly as possible. I still very much appreciate the time the stylist took; I know it was probably a stressful experience. But I just wish I would have had a clearer understanding of what I was getting out of it. I did also have to rewash my hair when I got home due to leftover bleach and toner around my ears. When I tried to style it to see if I could make it work, there were unfortunately large chunks of bleached hair spotted interspersed throughout. It's just disappointing that I will now have to spend extra time and money trying to fix it.

  I went to get my daughter's hair colored for her birthday. Ee wanted it a bit lightened before adding the color to make the color pop. Well my daughter's hair kept falling out with the lightener. The stylist assured us that it was "normal" and that it was getting rid of the bad hair. Well now my daughter hair is falling off where the color was applied and is so uneven. She lost at least 4-6 inches. I'm very disappointed. Also, called to speak with a manager and was told I would recieve a call back, but 2 days later and no call.
