First cut was in the front and wayyyy short -- no chance for me to comment before all my hair was gone. Not what I thought I was getting or asked for at all, or felt I had communicated. Very different from the inspo pictures I showed, which were of my own haircut from two months prior, from the same great clips. I've had decent haircuts here in the past. But this was horrific.

My mom called to get an appointment for my brother who has autism and has challenges with things like time and waiting, as well as not liking his hair in his face. We are not professional barbers, my mother and I do not know how to cut hair and we cannot do it alone. If any parent, sibling, or guardian of a child or individual who has autism, or know someone who faces the same struggles as my brother, do not come to this location. They will not cater to you or your family. My advice is to you is to go to a real salon with people who will respect your money and time better than this establishment ever will.
