My mom called to get an appointment for my brother who has autism and has challenges with things like time and waiting, as well as not liking his hair in his face. We are not professional barbers, my mother and I do not know how to cut hair and we cannot do it alone. If any parent, sibling, or guardian of a child or individual who has autism, or know someone who faces the same struggles as my brother, do not come to this location. They will not cater to you or your family. My advice is to you is to go to a real salon with people who will respect your money and time better than this establishment ever will.

Unfortunately, this time was a letdown. When I asked for a cut between a jellyfish style and a wolf cut, with defined layers (showed her a picture which is the same one last time) I was met with frustration. She sighed and seemed irritated when I asked her to shorten the layers just a little more. The top layers turned out neat (which I’ve requested), but the bottom layers were a mess. It looked like a kid took some scissors and just hacked away at it. Instead of a clean V-shape in the end strands, I got a horizontal cut with jagged ends. It wasn’t even close to what I asked for. Also, I don’t think she understands what “half an inch” means. I asked for a small trim, and somehow on my curtain bangs, her “half inch” turned into a solid 2-inch chop. Honestly, she just needed to follow what she did last time (plus my request to shorten it a little more on my first top layer), and it would've been perfect. I tried curling the ends at home to salvage it, but it still looked bad. It was just a mess. I won’t be coming back to this location again. Super disappointed.
