Customer service completely ignored my questions and only got their currier to ship it today. I've never heard anything bad about this company, so perhaps it's a one-off. I just want potential buyers to be aware. 12/28 update: I never got my items, but I asked for a full refund and got it. So much for my wife's Christmas gift.
