  Taya was AMAZING! The whole staff was welcoming and kind! The atmosphere is so relaxing! Doing the sauna first was a new experience but such a great idea! I will for sure be back soon!

  I truly do not enjoy leaving a review like this, because I was genuinely excited to try this newer location and was really looking forward to a relaxing experiance. Unfortunately, the overall visit ended up being very disappointing. The biggest issue was the pricing. It was not made clear upfront, and what I believed I would be paying was very different from what I was charged in the end. Instead of leaving relaxed, I was blindsided at checkout with charges I was not expecting. It felt misleading and unfair. I understand businesses have policies and pricing structures, but those things should be communicated clearly before the service begins. Customers should never be put in the position of agreeing to one thing and then being handed a different bill after the appointment is over. What made matters even worse was how my concern was handled. I was polite and simply trying to understand the charges, yet the response I received felt dismissive and lacked any real empathy. There was no real effort to resolve the situation or even acknowledge why a customer would be frustrated. That was the most upsetting part. Misunderstandings happen, but how a business responds says everything. A little kindness or accountability would have gone a long way, and neither was offered. The space itself is nice and has potential, which makes the whole experiance even more disappointing. But no matter how attractive a business looks, customers will remember how they were treated when an issue came up. I arrived hoping to leave refreshed and instead left feeling frustrated, embarassed, and taken advantage of. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both pricing transparency and customer service, because no one should leave a wellness business feeling worse than when they walked in.

  Massage was great but I was very disappointed that I was booked a scalp renewal treatment and was not given it. When I mentioned it to the receptionist she refunded it but I wasn’t the one who paid for it so it was very disappointing to not receive part of the gift from my husband. Make sure you double check with everyone that you are receiving all of your services or they may forget.

  Sherelle was outstanding! She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and areas of discomfort, and she addressed them with great care and expertise. Her professionalism, strong skills, and excellent technique made the experience incredibly relaxing and restorative. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire session. This was a wonderful first-time experience, and Sherelle truly went above and beyond. The facility itself is beautiful, spotless, and very welcoming. The owner was also very gracious and took the time to clearly explain the membership packages. I’m so glad we decided to join. It’s a wonderful way to invest in self-care each month. I highly recommend this place! ✨
