This is a heads-up when you schedule your appointment at this salon. When you schedule your appointment, don't rely on the auto-text message confirmation. I confirmed my appointment, and when I arrived on time for my appointment, my stylist did not. After sitting inside my vehicle for ten minutes, I phoned the number on the auto text message. The owner informed me that my stylist had quit. I listened to their excuses about my 8 am appointment not showing up on her calendar. I had been going to the same stylist for my last five haircuts. Why was my stylist allowed to make them if the owner doesn't know about them? If you don't confirm your appointment, they state in the text, they will charge you $100. Where's my $100 for my stylist not showing up? My hair was in desperate need of a haircut, so now I will have to find another salon. I will not experience that again.
Recommendation: Phone the salon the night before to confirm your appointment with your stylist over the phone. Do not rely on their auto text message system or you will be extremely disappointed, as I was.

I went to The Standard Salon and had such a great experience. Stephanie did my root touch-up and it looks perfect, the color matched so well and blended right in. Christy, the owner, put in my extensions and I can’t get over how natural they look. My hair feels so much thicker and healthier, but still really soft and easy to style. Even though the salon was very busy, the team made sure every client was greeted right away and the phone was always answered in a friendly, helpful way. Christy made everyone feel so welcomed and created such a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. They even offered drinks and made sure I had everything I needed. Both Stephanie and Christy were so professional and kind, and I’m honestly obsessed with how my hair turned out.
