  Sherelle was outstanding! She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and areas of discomfort, and she addressed them with great care and expertise. Her professionalism, strong skills, and excellent technique made the experience incredibly relaxing and restorative. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire session. This was a wonderful first-time experience, and Sherelle truly went above and beyond. The facility itself is beautiful, spotless, and very welcoming. The owner was also very gracious and took the time to clearly explain the membership packages. I’m so glad we decided to join. It’s a wonderful way to invest in self-care each month. I highly recommend this place! ✨

  Bait-and-Switch Pricing, Unfair Cancellation Trap, and Extremely Rude Owner – Total Scam Warning!! Called over the phone to discuss an appointment. We were calling to book a same day appointment and were told a certain price. What we were told over the phone was that it would be $90 for a massage and $180 for 2. They took the card info down. I called back to cancel, and they have a 50% cancelation fee if it's less than 12 hours from appointment, which is a bit high. Still seems very unfair that it was a 50% cancelation fee even though we called back in about an hour of booking. Once we called back they told us the cancelation fee would be $135, which is supposed to be 50% of the price that was discussed over the phone. One of the owners contacted me and was extremely rude saying I was a liar. They seem to have told us one price and wanted to charge us another. I would be very cautious before giving them any card information. The Owner/manager I spoke with was also very rude and disrespectful. TLDR: Told one price, was charged a higher price during cancelation. Unfair cancelation policy. Very rude manager/owner and called me a liar.

  Sherelle provided an amazing experience from start to finish. I requested deep tissue with a focus area and she jumped right into that with targeted pressure exactly where I needed it, coupled with functional stretching for a complete approach to alleviating my areas of pain and tightness. Rebooked with her for next month! The Now in general, is not a cookie-cutter or a corporate-feeling massage experience like the other massage places. The aesthetic is unique, inviting and relaxing. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming and it’s clear, their goal is to ensure you get the experience and results that you want and that you’re paying for. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

  PAY ATTENTION to them giving you your full time of the massage. I paid for a 25 minute massage and they only gave me 22 minutes. It matters because the service is VERY expensive and I felt shorted and robbed. When I called they said yes “we have 30 minute massages” when I came in it was actually 25 minutes for like $60-$65 don’t fully remember price. Felt deceived about how they got me in the door. LIED. Also whatever they use to rub onto my back for the massage broke me out. UPDATE You can tell the owner sucks by her response. Trying to displace poor service on the customer with an assumption that I was late. I was not. ✌️
