- DDDNov 14, 20251.0Daughter had makeup done there and was it done horribly, asked management for a refund or part refund and was told no even though the lady messed up. Very unprofessional. Save your money go somewhere else. I’m sure Sephora(owner) will respond to the review with some kind of “I’m sorry let’s fix it” but it’s going to be BS because if that was really the case, I wouldn’t be here writing the review

Response to Sephora.... I was NOT offered the option for a " merchandise credit" at all which means the store did not honor the Sephora policy as stated on your website.

The staff was not friendly and they did not ask us if we needed help. When we got to the register the gentleman was super nice but after I did not give my number for points they turned into a not so nice person. I purchased 3 items and they did not say thank you, they just dropped the receipt in the sophora bag and said next. Not the place I will return too.
