She was very personable and made me a few samples to try out! Very knowledgeable about all different types of foundations for my skin type. I’ll definitely be back for sure :)

Many of the products I was looking for were not on the shelves but kept in the stockroom, so I had to call a consultant every time I needed something. The testers were dirty, and several highlighters and powder products were broken, which made it unpleasant to even swatch. The store itself felt messy, with poor product display and organization. I still purchased what I needed (over $250) only because I was short on time, but honestly, if I had the option, I would have left and ordered everything directly from the brands’ official websites instead. On top of that, at checkout I didn’t receive a single sample — I was told there weren’t any available, even though in the past Sephora always provided at least one. For the amount I spent, I feel like a small complimentary sample should have been offered. Overall, the experience was frustrating and far below expectations.
- SMSonja MarieJun 19, 20251.0I would give zero stars if it was an option. Sephora lost a life long rouge member because of their new return policy and not being able to make an accommodation. The product I bought, I ended up being allergic to and when I went to return it I was denied in this store location because I was a couple days over their new, strict 30 day return policy that I was unaware of. From past experience with Sephora I know exceptions can be made but now they are offering no resolutions to their loyal customers. My $30 return request being denied cost them more in loss of sales, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Buyers beware.
