  Grace at Lush Roseville was the definition of exceptional customer service. My wife and I stoped by to pick up a lotion that she had smelled in the past and liked. Once we got the register Grace offered us some samples of similar products and even took the time to explain and show us some of her favorite lush products. We honestly felt like we got the full lush experience today and my wife said she had never felt more comfortable asking for recommendation on their products. Grace made our simple trip to lush a memorable experience, that made us feel like valued customers.

  Somebody needs to give Kathleen and Julia a raise! I had SO much fun shopping at Lush tonight, thanks to those gals! There was also a gentlemen, so sorry I didn’t catch his name- he was great too! First off, Kathleen, thank you so much for walking me through the entire store and explaining every product to me! & for demo’ing the products on me as well. It was so fun! Then there was miss Julia, who was just so sweet and bubbly and totally made it a fun experience as well! These two were so great and I can’t say I’ve ever had that much fun shopping. Great job with these hires! I left with a big bag full of goodies that I can’t wait to use!!

  I had the most wonderful experience at Lush in Roseville and it was all because of a wonderful employee named Abigail. I don’t live in a town that has a Lush so I have to travel to Roseville in order to shop there. My daughter wanted me to pick up a few things for her so I went there and Abigail helped me. I wanted to get a face mask for myself and she helped me find one that would work good for my skin. I told her it’s kind of overwhelming in the store as there’s so much stuff and I’m not sure what to get. Abigail then had a big smile on her face and said let me make you a couple samples of my favorite things. She made me some samples of shower gels and a couple lotions along with a hair leave in treatment. I was so excited I couldn’t wait to try my new samples. I took a shower and tried the avocado shower gel which smelled amazing. Then I put on the body butter sample and it made my skin so soft and smooth. I love the way they smell, and I cannot wait to order those products that she recommended for me. The sleepy lotion smelled amazing I made my skin super soft. Everything she recommended and gave me samples of were so wonderful that I plan on going back and buying all of them. It was nice having an employee like Abigail, who you can tell loved her job and she happily explained to me the products that she recommended for me. Abigail was very knowledgeable of all the products there and she was very friendly and was always smiling. I felt very welcomed in the store. Abigail even helped me with the Lush app that I downloaded because I wasn’t sure how to use it or how to scan for points and she helped me figure it out. she walked me through step-by-step on how to use it. Thank you, Abigail for making my experience so good and I can’t wait to go back and get the products that you recommended because they’re all so great and smell amazing.

  Cathlyn was very happy to get me shampoo and conditioners. He knew what every ingredient did and she even showed me on my hands how things feel she was very helpful and professionally. I even found mini cups in my bags of things to try out’ she made my day I will always come back !

  I had such a great experience at the Lush store in the Roseville Galleria thanks to June. I came in looking for a gift and needed to stay within a budget, and she was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. This was during the busy Christmas season, when I know things can be hectic, but she never made me feel rushed or stressed. June took the time to help me find the perfect gift, and her positive attitude made the whole experience a pleasure. Thank you, June, for the excellent customer service!
