  Took both my girls in for trim and they styled it as well. Honestly this was best experience ever had at a salon. There hair was perfect for homecoming. Will be going back again. If could give the stylists a 10 star, I would

  They currently are advertising a back to school kids haircut special. A few weeks ago I walked in to get 2 clean up boy haircuts. It was for back to school. Paulina did one and did a fair job, it was a quick clean up. After she was done she said she could not do the second cut because she had an appointment. Another stylist came in and at first said she would do my second child but then said she also had an appointment. Another stylist did my second child’s cut, which he ended up looking like he did not get a haircut but I had already waited and did not want to complain at that time. The two “appointments” for Paulina and the stylist who came in both where no shows (very suspicious) I got the point you don’t want to do a cheap haircut. I paid $20 each cut each took about 15 min max. Picture day is this week and I made appointments one with Paulina and one with Saleana for haircuts. They still had the special going. I confirmed the two cuts over the phone. Today my daughter took my boys in for their appointments and it just so happens that neither one of the stylist know how to cut boys hair! Mind you one of the stylists had already cut the boys hair a few weeks ago. They wasted my daughter’s time, it was a simple cut! Would have paid full price if they had asked. Point is, if your stylists would rather make no money than less money for a special that you heavily advertise, don’t have a special instead. Wasting people’s time. Adding a pic of the haircut they could not do (I sent my daughter with a picture) they asked her about the haircut before even having them sit in the styling chair. Also a pic of my son with B2S cut (not that different)

  My mom and I made appointments yesterday online. My appointment was with a guy, and hers was with a woman. We got there on time and they took my mom back right away, while k waited for a couple of minutes. I was taken back and sat a few chairs away from my mom. My mom was told by her stylist that the coupon wouldn't work because her stylist was a "master" stylist, which we didn't know when we made the appointments, she also said that her minimum was at least $95.00, but the online booking said $85.00. She also had a nasty attitude like she was so much better because she was a "master" stylist. When I told my stylist what I wanted, I wanted a really like color and I had dark roots and light hair. He was like it would be a double process and at least $190, which is absolutely ridiculous. Then my mom asked how much it would be for highlights he said he needed to check the system and left. So we waited for a few minutes, and we called Fantastic Sams in Rancho Cordova who did a phenomenal job, for a much lower price, then JcPenneys ever would have. My hair was light like i wanted and my moms looks very nice and she loves it. This is not the first time I've had an issue with this salon. I came here after Christmas and my hair color started looking bad, my roots started coming out by 3 weeks, plus they overcharged me more than I was even quoted. So I think this time I think they were trying scam us, and this place does NOT do quality work. Go somewhere else, and spend your money for better quality. Fantastic Sams in Rancho Cordova is AWESOME, they do quality work for a lower price. I will probably NEVER go back to this salon. They are so overpriced for nothing.
