Jill was such a pleasure and cut and colored my hair exactly how I asked. The whole service was great, especially as I’m older and they were so good to me.

I was satisfied with my highlights and that was the reason why I came back to get a haircut. My haircut is a disaster! Brenda didn't take anytime to discuss with me the details about the haircut, she was totally careless. In fact, I asked her to even out my hair and asked her if she agreed that the right side was shorter than the left. So she agreed with that assessment, but as a result made it a lot worse. My hair on the right side looks even shorter than before! The way she acted was unprofessional and obviously she didn't care about my hair. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy. I will never come back.
- KHKelly HillMar 23, 20225.0I had tried to highlight mote own hair at home. I liked the brightness in light but it had lots of orange I used foils so I had depth not to my root. But I tried again to lighten my whole head to go brighter bad news! I was bright yellow n toner didn’t take. I added a mushroom blonde it was nice color more light brown blonde but from scalp to end zero depth. It aged me n was not appealing. So I called jc penny salon Roseville. They took me in almost immediately but I can see their concern. The supervisor Whisper asked what I hate most about it? I explained scalp to mid no depth . She got me instantly and began to guide my stylist all the way through. The conditioning service was also great greatest head message ever! And my hair had darker lo tones again near my upper triangle n around my face. I couldn’t believe what they accomplished. whisper gets coloring the science the process and styles like angling vial age and she explained and became excited seeing the processing take place as they worked it! N worked it!!!!! I hope jc penny keeps these prices so the stylist can be tipped more according to their work. Here is my before n after
