I asked for layers, and somehow ended up walking out looking like Billy Ray Cyrus. Not exaggerating. What really bothered me was how George treated me during the appointment. Before me, I watched him cut a man’s hair — he was friendly, polite, and seemed to listen to everything the man asked for. Then I sat down, and it was a completely different experience. He didn’t take me seriously, dismissed what I wanted, and even refused to take off more length for the layers I asked for. I left feeling really deflated. On top of that, he spent the appointment undermining not just me, but his own coworkers — making comments that felt unprofessional and unnecessary. The energy was just off. Definitely would not go back
