  Went in to get color matched for the Haus Labs foundation. Got directed to where the brand is displayed and had to wait for someone to come do the match for me. Did not wait long, the worker who helped me was named "Andrew", he was super friendly, quick and clean. He made sure the machine that was going on my face was cleaned before anything and I felt comfortable talking with him the whole time. I didn't feel like I was being forced to buy anything while being helped by him, so I'm really greatful for that. He also took his time with me and honestly I just felt like I had a great experience there because of him. Thank you Andrew

  I was there with my husband from the very opening of this store at 11:00am. Not one staff member asked if either my husband and I needed help. We went from looking at areas near the front of the store to the back of the store yet, no one cared to approach us if we needed any assistance. With as many staff as there were present, (5 staff as we counted) with only 5 customers present (the store just opened) the staff did not care to acknowledge our presence. This is the only time I have ever had this extreme lack of customer service at any Sephora. I will not be coming back to this particular store and would rather order online or visit a store located farther than have to experience this again. My husband was in agreement this was the worst experience we have encountered in terms of customer service at a Sephora location.

  I had a great experience picking up some cologne here! The store is incredibly neat and clean, which I really appreciated. The layout is very straightforward, making it super easy to access all the products without having to search around. Friendly vibe and great organization.
