  I hardly go into this location because the employees are always starting you up & down. I’m not sure if it’s the location that plays a factor but it’s an uncomfortable experience. this last visit confirmed why. I stopped in to pick up my birthday gift and had an unpleasant experience with an employee. First, this employee was walking into work as I walked in right after her she intentionally did not hold the door open. Almost closing it as she walked in. I understand she may not have been clocked in yet, but it still reflects poorly on a place of work. Second, while waiting at the register for someone to check me out, she comes from the back to use the front register & she gives me this mean look and sighs. Lastly, I was walking out the & the same girl with the same stare looks me up and down. No one said have a good day or anything. I never write reviews but this experience was the last straw. I think this location needs a more diverse team for the location it’s in.

  I seen a product marked for $9 there where about 3 others near it. I went to pay I was treated horribly and told by the girl “I can assure you NOTHING here is $9”. I showed her and she refused to give me the price it was marked for. I said maybe move it so others don’t think it’s $9 also she was beyond snarky I didn’t even end up buying what I came for. My husband went in and her manager said she heard her talkokg to me and would have a talk with her or something like that. You guys should have honored the price on the rack! You didn’t and you let your employees talk to people horribly. I will never be back here

  My sister and I had such a wonderful experience at this Sephora location. Absolutely LOVE this location because of the staff. Emily was incredibly helpful—she didn’t just stick to one option but really took her time introducing me to new products, which I ended up loving and purchasing. Ashley was the sweetest and refreshingly honest; her product knowledge made it so easy to find the perfect concealer shade (she was super patient) Nahomy was a sweetheart as well—so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive throughout our time in the store and helped us find exactly what we needed. I also want to recognize the store manager (I wish I remembered her name). Even while busy at the register, she noticed us struggling with perfumes and immediately offered to help. Her care felt so genuine and thoughtful. I’ve visited Sephora locations all over the world, but the consistency of customer service at this store truly stood out. Every single associate my sister and I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and sincere. An absolutely admirable team—I’ll definitely keep coming back to this store :)
