  My sister and I had such a wonderful experience at this Sephora location. Absolutely LOVE this location because of the staff. Emily was incredibly helpful—she didn’t just stick to one option but really took her time introducing me to new products, which I ended up loving and purchasing. Ashley was the sweetest and refreshingly honest; her product knowledge made it so easy to find the perfect concealer shade (she was super patient) Nahomy was a sweetheart as well—so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive throughout our time in the store and helped us find exactly what we needed. I also want to recognize the store manager (I wish I remembered her name). Even while busy at the register, she noticed us struggling with perfumes and immediately offered to help. Her care felt so genuine and thoughtful. I’ve visited Sephora locations all over the world, but the consistency of customer service at this store truly stood out. Every single associate my sister and I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and sincere. An absolutely admirable team—I’ll definitely keep coming back to this store :)

  Went to Sephora at 6:19pm when they claim to close at 7pm. Nobody is answering the phone, there are workers inside but it is locked, and they're refusing to help a man who had a pick up order here. Weird.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Sephora location. I drove 25 minutes to the store based on the posted hours, which state they close at 7:00 PM. I arrived at 5:50 PM, and the doors were already locked with no sign indicating an early closure. I asked one of the employees if the store closed at 7 PM, and she said yes, but still stated they were already closed and did not open the door. It’s very frustrating to make the trip only to find out they closed early without notice. If the store plans to close before 7 PM, the hours should be updated instead of misleading customers. Closing early like this is unacceptable and inconvenient.

  Not one person greets you at this location if you ask for help, they don’t even listen to you. What kind of makeup store does not help their customers doesn’t even greet them, but will take their money. I don’t just go in there to buy one thing I buy a lot of things and not one person helps you or greets you. It sucks that this is the only location that’s closest to me and it’s convenient for me to stop in to grab what I need but not one person greets you or helps you. They look like they’re bothered and don’t wanna be there. You need way better employees that actually are happy to assist customers and wanna be at work. !
