- GSGladys SJun 22, 20241.0I placed an online order for pickup at this location, once I picked up my order, the cashier told me my invoice will be sent via email. I waited for my email and didn’t receive it until the next day. I found out I was double charged for an item I didn’t receive. Went back to the store to get my refund for an item I Did Not Receive but unfortunately they couldn’t help! So now I have to call customer service. So ladies be careful and check your receipt.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. Orders up to $150 from SalonCentric.com or Salon Business Partner can be returned within 90 days with packing slip or invoice, excluding electrical items and shears. Electrical items and shears can be returned or exchanged within 60 days with original proof of purchase. Refunds are issued as SalonCentric gift cards. Gift cards are not accepted at checkout currently.
