  My bangs will never grow out the same thanks to Sabrina. She made them unsymmetrical.

  If it weren't for Princess taking over for the incompetent lady I had first this would be a 1 star review. Went in for a blow out and flat iron. Woman was very careless, yanked on my hair multiple times and did not use a brush to get knots out. I did give her a warning initially that my hair knots fast due to the curl. She gave it one initial brush out then sectioned it off. As she's pulling down the sections she's not rebrushing the new tangles out and damn near refused to use a brush when she found one. She had a comb attachment on the hair dryer and just figured if she yanked hard enough that would suffice. On several occasions she was so haphazardly blow drying that she put the comb in a sectioned off area and tried running it down into the remaining area... causing more pulling of my hair. The final straw was when she burned me with the flat iron FOR THE THIRD TIME. I asked for a manager and she tried to argue with me that she didn't burn me. I've had my hair straightened PLENTY of times to know the difference between steam heat and tool to skin heat. Princess took over and went through all sections done by the inept woman. She also found areas that were not even fully dry yet and had to go back over those with the blow dryer. I can only HOPE that the areas the first girl flat ironed WERE ACTUALLY DRY. Princess did a great job but after sitting in the chair for 3 hours (about double the time it should have taken) and the terrible first stylist I was not offered ANY kind of discount. Hard fail on the customer service there. Would only go here again if I could get an appointment with Princess otherwise it's a HARD PASS.

  Looks like a nice place, called at 7:30 to see if they could take a walk in, no answer. Drove over...found it on the second floor, no one at the 3 registers, walked in the back to get help...then someone came out.. I asked for a haircut...she told me that her, & her co-worker could not do a men's haircut. What??? LMFAO...train your employees better JCP! All I needed was my neckline trimmed up, and a number 3 clipper on the sides.....if your hairstylist can't handle that.....DAM!
