She talks with him and is very gentle. I love that she will give us advise on how to wash his hair. Iain is 13 but it so hard for him to wash his hair when he apply to much pressure. Thank you Star for also doing a great job and doing it a quick time. Iain gets very inpatient when someone takes to long.
