- VVVlogsoryxFeb 16, 20261.0Despite providing clear instructions and reference photos, the staff at this salon couldn't seem to grasp the haircut I was asking for. They chopped off my locks in their way, completely ignoring my explicit requests. To make matters worse, I came in just before closing, and my stylist seemed more interested in getting me out the door than delivering a quality service. After just ten minutes of snipping, she claimed to be finished, but I knew my hair needed more attention. I had to ask her twice to take more off, but she insisted that I only needed a product - which she didn't even offer! I visited this salon two weeks prior and requested a simple straight cut. Unfortunately, the person who cut my hair didn't do a good job. It was uneven and not uniform. I decided to go back and fix it with another stylist. However, things only got worse. My hair was shorter by at least one inch on the right side, despite my friend and I was telling the stylist it was too short. She continued to cut that side of the hair, even after I asked her to stop. I was so disappointed with the service that I asked for my money back, but the salon staff told me I needed to speak with the manager, who was unavailable for almost a week! Every day, I'm frustrated and upset when I try to style my hair because of what they did. For $23, I expected more than a careless ten-minute haircut. Unfortunately, I'll have to go somewhere else to fix it.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
