- NBNely Bonilla3 days ago1.0Went here to get a cut to donate my long hair to wigs for kids. The girl that cut my hair I don’t remember her name but I’m being descriptive now on purpose because she messed up my hair. I get this sense she did it on purpose. She was working the second shift on the day I went, she’s short, pudgy and has long pink dyed hair, looks light skinned but of hispanic origins. Very messed up of her to do. She literally cut extra hair off that was unnecessary and made my hair so short which I specifically had requested not to go that short at the beginning. Because they’re timed on their haircuts she was freaking out the whole time trying to speed things up that she seriously ruined my hair. There’s almost nothing for me to do I’m scheduling an appointment with a hair correction salon to see if there is any hope but I’m close to shaving my head and just letting it grow out that way. I went there to donate my hair to wigs for kids for kids with cancer and this is what I get in return. Please if you’re of the female gender, avoid getting your hair cut by this person. If I could give 0 stars that’s the rating I’d put on here for her specifically.

The only negative was that we had coupons for $12.99 haircuts and when we came in the sign said they weren't honoring that coupon. Nevertheless, we are still paying less for haircuts than we used to and are satisfied with the quality of the haircuts.

- MPMatthew PringleFeb 10, 20265.0I like my hair to be cut straight up on the sides of my head, and leave my hair longer on top, but virtually every hairdresser likes to either flare out the sides like Krusty the Clown, or if I can get them to get the sides short, then they cut the top of my hair really short too. Aliza is the first hairdresser I’ve had in ages that can cut the sides short, avoid the ugly Krusty the Klown side flare, and still leave my hair long on top.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
