  Great store. Super expensive. And was really disappointed they didn't have more eyeplattles!?

  My experience at this location in California with Ashley & Brianna on a trip to Santa Cruz California was exceptional! I had the pleasure 0f experiencing what a properly professional,trained,& knowledgeable associate is capable of other than gather around together in gossip chats. When I approach first they act like they didn't here and I ask again in a louder voice as they slowly turn. Clearly annoyed not moving or speaking just side eyeing deciding which one is "taking one for the team" So then rest of my time there awkward being told several times to wait where im standing. They have a scheduled task or duty and will look for someone who will come and assist me. Next day I called asked to speak to Manager of the store it was a female but she gave me a masculine name The only reason I questioned her was becouse I let her know I was in their the previous night and asked to speak to the store manager. Four different associates that been,wasting my time,mocking me,and clicking up for gossip marathons. They all ran along and came back with a middle aged woman. I asked her if she was this store manager? She replied "Yes" disregard my issues. I made my purchases. I called that store the next morning. Their was one tall slender male in that clique. He awnsered the phone. I know absolutely becouse he stated his name. I asked to speak to the Manager. He put me on a long hold. A much younger sounding lady picks up stating she was the manager and giving me a different name from last night. I then ask her does your store location have two active managers? Perhaps,daytime & evening? She responds "no" I the only active manager at this store. At this point I explained a bit of the situation and that I had been introduced to the store manager last night. Who clearly wasn't her. Instead of first wanting to clear and get awnsers about these fake statements from her staff. Her first priority of buissness was for to explain my complaints,issues,& speaking in a quite irritable voice. At that point I said. What is the name of your District manager? She replies "I can not give that information to you" I say well how do I know im really talking to the store manager?That was all I was able to get out of the horrific experience.That was at Bilmore 2502 E CAMELBACK RD PHOENIX AZ 12/28/2025 5:36 PM Payment 67.64 SEPHORA CREDIT CARD

  I went to the Redlands Sephora store to buy just makeup remover. I was greeted by an assoat the entrance and then Stasi the manager mid way walking into the store who handed me a bag. Thank you ladies. When I got in line and was ready to check out, the store assoc at the register was on the work phone and didn't acknowledge me. As I waited a while I decided to leave the line and check out the Kayali perfumes. Samantha helped me for about 10 minutes as some perfumes were out and she guided me to the travel ones to be able to smell right there. Staci knew my husband was upset that the lady at the register didn't acknowledge us so she listened to our complaint and gave me a couple free samples and corrected the associate discreetly. Staci and Samantha thank you for excellent 10/10 customer service!!
