    Absolutely ridiculous. I walked into Salon Centric 10 minutes before closing — not 10 seconds, not after hours — and was immediately told I couldn’t shop. The employees were clearly more interested in going home early than helping a paying customer. If you post store hours, honor them. I’m not asking for a personal shopping spree, just the courtesy to buy what I came for. Guess my money isn’t good here. I’ll take my business somewhere that respects customers — even during the last 10 minutes of the day.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
