- DBDenae BrownMar 12, 20261.0Called to ask what is cost for shampoo and trim, no stying or blow dry. I was told $25 to $35. Went in person who cot my hair did a dry cut no wash and changed $42 for a trim. That’s insane! Cut was fine just ridiculous price.
- DBDebbie BaroneDec 22, 20251.0I have been going to JCPenney hair salon for 22 years. My stylist was Lois. She was amazing and then she retired. My new Hairstylist was Priscilla. The first time I went to her I was disappointed because she didn’t really listen to me and I didn’t get the results that I was used to. But I thought I’d give her a second chance and the second time she cut my hair was even worse. She turned me sideways in the chair Away from the mirror. She cut my hair uneven and my bangs were also uneven and too long. I will not be coming back to JCPenney for salon salon services.
