I would never come back. You’re better off ordering online and paying the shipping fee. Or go to Ulta! I love Sephora but this shop is NOT it! Stay away!
- CSC SDec 12, 20245.0This Sephora in a Kohl’s is the best! They have everything that you need Sephora related. I called beforehand which saved me time and they had the product. Once arriving to the store the shelves were fully stocked and the selection was amazing.

Ulta i will go to for better service i also called to complain spoke with alex an employee at kohls and sat on hold for 10 minutes to still sit there! this place has gone down hill forsure get better staff especially when people are paying for high dollar makeup! Rude staff and awful attitudes will def lose customers!!!!!!
