- DBDebbie BaroneDec 22, 20251.0I have been going to JCPenney hair salon for 22 years. My stylist was Lois. She was amazing and then she retired. My new Hairstylist was Priscilla. The first time I went to her I was disappointed because she didn’t really listen to me and I didn’t get the results that I was used to. But I thought I’d give her a second chance and the second time she cut my hair was even worse. She turned me sideways in the chair Away from the mirror. She cut my hair uneven and my bangs were also uneven and too long. I will not be coming back to JCPenney for salon salon services.
- TOTraysha OnestoSep 21, 20251.0We took our nephew to get his hair faded for his picture day coming up it was the worst haircut I have ever seen done we will never be taking him back there again if I could give the review zero Stars I would we have to go home and fix his hair ourselves at home that's how bad it looks I definitely would never recommend anyone going there to take their kids to get his hair faded ever if you want a good fade take your child to Legends if they have a spot open we definitely were not happy with the way his hair looks
