  My son passed away in July, and the last thing he got me was a gift card for The Now for Father’s Day. I messed up on timing when booking and I was so upset I was going to waste my gift card due to their cancellation policy, but the employees at this location made an exception and were able to fit me in so I could use it. Julia S is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had in my entire life. This year has been unbelievably stressful and every time I come in with horrible nerve and muscle pain, Julia has me leaving with literally 0 pain. It’s honestly remarkable. Please do yourself a favor and book with this location, you will certainly be happy you did.

  Kendra was an amazing massage therapist. I had a massage session with her, and it was truly a wonderful experience. She is very sweet, kind, and calming, and from the very beginning she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Her hands have such positive energy, and the massage itself was incredibly soothing and professional. Everything was done with great care and attention. I honestly wished I could have stayed an extra ten minutes, but unfortunately that wasn’t possible. The space is very clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The music playing throughout the salon is pleasant and deeply relaxing, which adds so much to the overall experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who values both high quality massage and a peaceful, well designed environment.

  The NOW continues to surprise me every single time! I was in a lot of pain and decided to book a last-minute appointment with Jessica D. It was my first massage with her — and wow, she wasn’t just amazing, she was absolutely PERFECT. Jessica has a firmer touch, which I personally love, but what truly impressed me was her incredible control and awareness. She can effortlessly shift from firm to soft pressure exactly where needed. In a matter of seconds, she alternates pressure to release tension and then gently relax the area — it’s clear she’s extremely skilled and intuitive. I walked in with significant pain, and after my session with Jessica, it was completely gone. That says everything. The NOW in RSM is truly the best, and Jessica D is exceptional. I can’t recommend her enough!

  This was by far the best massage I’ve had in a long time. I get massages pretty often, and it’s rare to find someone who gets both the pressure and the healing, relaxing touch just right — but Kendra nailed both. To be honest, I first joined The NOW because the atmosphere is great, but after several disappointing sessions (even at another location), I was ready to cancel my membership for good. Today was supposed to be my “last” visit, and I even brought my husband with me… but after meeting Kendra, I’m definitely keeping my membership. 😂 She was truly amazing. Highly, highly recommend her!
