  Kendra was an amazing massage therapist. I had a massage session with her, and it was truly a wonderful experience. She is very sweet, kind, and calming, and from the very beginning she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Her hands have such positive energy, and the massage itself was incredibly soothing and professional. Everything was done with great care and attention. I honestly wished I could have stayed an extra ten minutes, but unfortunately that wasn’t possible. The space is very clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The music playing throughout the salon is pleasant and deeply relaxing, which adds so much to the overall experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who values both high quality massage and a peaceful, well designed environment.

  I came back into The NOW in RSM after a rough day, and from the moment I arrived I felt welcomed. Kennedy greeted me with genuine warmth and kindness, which immediately helped me relax. I booked a massage with Kendra after reading so many great reviews, and they are all well deserved. She is an excellent therapist. Her touch is calming, gentle, and respectful, while still being very effective. She naturally adjusted the pressure throughout the massage, helping release a lot of built-up muscle tension and stress. Kendra has a deeply comforting and nurturing way of working—her touch felt safe and reassuring, like the care of a loving mother. I felt completely comfortable the entire time and was able to fully relax and even fall asleep. I left feeling lighter and truly taken care of. I highly recommend Kendra. This was my third visit to The NOW, and every experience has been consistently beautiful and healing. PS: I already wrote a lengthy review a couple of weeks ago, but I had to write another one for Kendra and Kennedy at the front desk.

  This was by far the best massage I’ve had in a long time. I get massages pretty often, and it’s rare to find someone who gets both the pressure and the healing, relaxing touch just right — but Kendra nailed both. To be honest, I first joined The NOW because the atmosphere is great, but after several disappointing sessions (even at another location), I was ready to cancel my membership for good. Today was supposed to be my “last” visit, and I even brought my husband with me… but after meeting Kendra, I’m definitely keeping my membership. 😂 She was truly amazing. Highly, highly recommend her!

  One of the best massages I've had in years. Kendra was intentional and intuitive. I felt comfortable enough in her presence to truly relax and disengage. As a single mom who works full time, I truly needed this massage. Not all massages are the same, so I was so grateful this was my experience. I will absolutely come back to see Kendra. Thank you so much.
