The lady was rude, had horrible breath, shaved off half my eyebrow, left my neck loose so that all the hair got on me, etc... she did everything wrong and she could barely even communicate with me. I asked if she could fix her mistake and she wanted me to sit down and wait for the person who came after me, first. How dumb can you be? She also lectured me how I have to leave right away if I want the wait time not to go up. That's funny because I live 3 minutes away, the wait time said 0, and then when I got there somehow there was a name in front of mine even though the person wasn't physically there. Then I watch as the wait time goes from 15 minutes to 23, out of nowhere. This place is an absolute joke for a $30 haircut before tip. I'm pretty sure I can do a lot better, and I will. I have the employees picture in case anyone at Corporate cares- i doubt they do because this company is officially trash if they hire such poor employees.

I think it’s rude that they don’t hold onto people belongings or secure them. No apologies given; very disappointing. The store found my Jacket and all issues were resolved and since then I have went to that store to get a haircut and I have been satisfied with their service.
