I was having my hair done and my stylist needed more color to achieve my desired result, and instead of being understanding and helpful the saleswoman at salon centric refused to sell product to her despite being shown the credentials necessary to shop here. I felt so bad for the way she spoke to my stylist and how she threaten to ban her account I ended up settling for the color she could provide. It was heartbreaking to witness and should be addressed, I understand policies and protocols being followed but there are kinder ways to approach your customers. The La Quinta location would never treat customers like this!

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
