- RCRogelio CastanedaNov 24, 20241.0I had a client and we ran out of color I sent my husband in my place to pick up what I needed with MY card but he was refused because he couldn’t use my account. I understand unlicensed professionals can’t shop there but he wasn’t “shopping” he was grabbing what I asked I was literally MIDSERVICE and couldn’t leave my client she was at the bowl and everything. I FaceTimed her showed her my ID and I explained to her my situation but she didn’t care and rudely threatened to ban my account, is that the way you treat your customers in a time in need? Cosmoprof and the salon centric in La Quinta would never treat their loyal customers like that, NEVER GOING BACK and I’m telling all my salon friends about this, do not go to that location!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
