When I walked in she helped me I explained to her what I was looking for what she didnt know is that im on chemo meds and also coming off some other meds and been feeling so ugly. When she helped me today I left feeling so beautiful and great. She got me everything I needed and I explained what was going on because of the medication and she helped me and I felt comfortable and I will definitely NeEVER go bk to ulta. I honestly trust her and felt comfortable thank you for making me feel beautiful haven't felt that way in 3 years you are a great worker we need more women like you in this world. God bless you

I had asked for someone to help me. I told the girl to match me as she was doing that she just try to match me on my hand which I told her that wasnt my color because I was over tanned meaning I was way darker then my color which she sure didn't care. Then I told her if she can match it on my face becasue I wanted to see how to apply it she literally gave me a stick to get some and do it my self. I was getting so frustrated because clearly she wasnt listening to me at all. So then I just said u know what its okay thank you and walked away. There was one of the managers there im guessing it was cuz she was the one that called her to help me she didnt even bother on asking what was wrong. All my experiences at a Sephora store have been great they always make you feel welcoming and help you match u to ur face not ur hand. And even try to blend it in so u can see. This gurl had no make up experience not good customer service. You need to listen to what the customer is telling u not just do what pleases u. If the customer is telling u thats not their color why not try somewhere else not show that u dont care what they say. And to the owner reply yall can submitted yourself ... it was this store and it was around 6 or 630pm on Sunday 8/24
