  HORRIBLE TREATMENT! Not sure I’ll ever go back to this store not only because how rudely and wrongly I was treated but to see other reviews of others who have gone through the same thing as I did last weekend to where I left after putting the items back I was to purchase. I was treated like a thief! I was rudely approached from behind by the same older (in her 50’s is my guess) blonde lady. She got so close to me she startled me and was close to touching me. She was overbearing and not like the usual ladies who ask if you need help. She hovered over me asking what I was there for. I was actually there for a few things but also checking a variety of items and their ratings. I had been in the store over 30 minutes. I take my time as I check products ratings online. At the time she approached I was looking at a setting spray. I had maybe 3 items in my basket and one item in my hand as I wanted to see if I could even find a setting spray before buying it. She then called a much younger gal she said she had that could help me and spoke into her little microphone about me. I then went with the much nicer younger gal to check various setting sprays and this same older lady approached again within maybe 2 minutes. She was asking how things were and mumbling again into her little microphone and a bit obvious. I knew she was profiling me. She was very obvious. This other gal and I went across the store to check out another setting spray that didn’t smell bad like the one I had already that was Sephora brand. The same blond followed closely practically touching me. I finally had enough and put back the foundation, handed the 3 remaining items from my basket to the nice young gal, and then handed the now empty basket to the rude lady and told them to have a nice day and left. I think my being in the store longer than 30 minutes, looking at a variety of items, putting items in my basket then changing my mind for some items and putting items back, and checking the reviews for all items caused me to become her target. The store was also very crowded that day. It was last Sunday February 15, 2026. I had two small shopping bags with me as well. I’d say if you choose to shop the Sephora store to not bring in shopping bags (even though this was an outdoor shopping mall!), don’t check reviews while in the store (even though you can clearly see me check then either put the item back or in my basket for purchase) and don’t spend more than a few minutes in the store. I think I’ll shop Kohl’s or Ulta next time and Sephora online. This store is horrible.

  All of the employees are super friendly and helpful!!! I love coming in every time because they are very knowledgeable and sweet!! 10’s across the board :)

  Annelisse (I hope I spelled your name right) was great. There was a single product in the whole store that fit what my girlfriend was looking for and she found it for us quickly and kindly. We appreciate her.
