  Have short hair down to mid neck with light brown hair. First time there, requested most experience stylist to color the roots with matrix #6, light brown. An older lady by name of Suzette was assigned. She was ok but slow, and when I asked her to remove dye color from my face she brought a dirty black towel smelling like paint removal chemical. Went there for second time, she put wrong color, a number 5 matrix, very dark brown. Came next day to see ‘manager’ (Charisse)to complaint and to do color correction. She was not there then, but came over a few days later. I explained to her that it took over 2 years to recover my hair from a similar experience as I had to bleach, reviled ,cut my hair every 3 months, a situation very stressful that nobody should go thru. She offered to do color lightening treatment and put someone with no experience to do that. My color hair is many, many colors: on top dark/reddish, under dark brown!!! Came to see the manager again to get advice, etc. and she asked me not to comer again but refunded the money I paid ($90.) and case ‘closed.’ This place has very bad reviews: can big Management do something?? We as a community deserve better. It will take another 2 years to get my hair back. Life is not about $ but doing a good job.

  I had my appointment with Sara. She did such an amazing work. I literally love my hair color and the way she blowout my hair,Definitely recommend her guys. She is so sweet and Very professional

  Jamie was amazing. My hair hadn’t even had a trim in years and she saved my length and added pretty layering !

  I booked my appointment and got to the salon 15 minutes before my 330pm appointment time. The stylist Gabby called me and asked to reschedule to 5pm and I agreed. I arrived again to the salon at 445pm and was told that she was not there and called in saying she's going to be an additional 25 minutes late. I asked the receptionist to call her back and see if she was sure about the timing as i couldn't wait much longer, but she said actually she would be more than 25 minutes late. Not only has my time been wasted but I'm also so upset over this as I had an event to go to that week. Poor management on the stylist and poor service to the client.
