It's certainly not a bob and the layers aren't long. I think I have 2 different haircuts. Golden Girl on the bottom and I'd like to speak to the manager on top. The layers do not blend, there is a very distinct line from the top of the back of my head and over my ears. I just don't know what to do, it is so awful

But to be honest, barber shops do a much better job at fades and blending. Great Clips isn't cheap. Although you might save a few dollars compared to some of the barbers in the area. Once in a while you'll get a good stylist who makes sure to do a good job but good luck having them for more than a few times. Seems like there is a rotating door and stylist are a dime a dozen. I do like the app where if you do it right, you can checkin online and show up without having to wait. I've been to other barbers where you write your name on a paper and as you wait, see people that just walked it go right before you. If you want a quick cut and are not too picky about the details, Great Clips is the place for you.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
