I’m really disappointed with the service I received at this location. I came in on Wednesday, September 17th, around 3:00 PM, and was helped by Shauna. My first experience at this store had been great, which is why I came back, but unfortunately, this time was the opposite.
I went in simply to purchase a new shampoo. Right away, Shauna assumed I wanted the smaller size when I hadn’t even asked about size. When I agreed to purchase the one she offered ($75, which came out to $80 with tax), I handed her a $100 bill. She told me she couldn’t accept it because she had already taken a $100 earlier in the day and would have to “recount everything” for closing. She even pulled out the $100 bill to show me. She made it sound like her closing procedures were my problem, which felt very unprofessional and dismissive.
I found this especially frustrating because this store is located at Victoria Gardens — a very busy shopping center — and it’s hard to believe they can’t provide $20 in change. The way it was handled felt rude and unnecessary, and it ruined what should have been a simple purchase.
It’s unfortunate because this is the closest location to my home (less than 15 minutes away), and my first visit was a good experience. I had hoped to continue shopping here, but Shauna’s attitude and the way she handled the situation left me very disappointed.

Christina was great! Wonderful customer service and she knew the products. It's nice to see a person that likes their job, and treat their customers like family. She wasn't pushy and overbearing. We went in for shampoo, and left with two kinds of shampoo because of her knowledge. She gave us her personal opinion which helped us decide to purchase the product. We will be back because of her.

Worst experience of my life I trusted the process and it was horrid I didn’t get what I was asking for paid over 500 and ended up having to go elsewhere to get it fixed will never step foot in this place again good luck to unsuspecting victims if I could leave 0 stars I would
