Friendly helpful and welcoming, like visiting a friend not having a stranger cut your hair. And the lady that helped me this time was so great and even blessed me with comp-ing my haircut for free for the holidays after sharing part of my life story and the hardships I'd been facing, including the hair tragedy that brought me in the first place and made it difficult to decide because I never even wanted short hair and had no clue what to do with it. It made a depressing situation that made me self conscious and ashamed of how I look, feel more like a fun way to embrace the growth and changes I've been going through after all the trauma I'm healing from. I can't thank you enough!!!

Heather, (older lady, brown bob, bangs) the woman who "greeted" us was mumbling so much I'm not even sure that was her name. It was obvious she didn't want to be there and couldn't care less about doing her job. The system had only his name for both our appointments, but instead of explaining that, Heather just asked for my name with no clarification. She was apathetic, unhelpful, wouldn't even look us in the eye, which immediately told me what kind of service we were about to get. When I asked a question for clarity, she was indifferent and passive aggressive. If my partner hadn't already paid for us both while I was still in the chair, I would have asked for a manager. I keep my hair long, so I don't get it cut often, and this experience has convinced me not to come back here again. I give two stars instead of one because my hair came out fine despite the experience. Out of the two of us, only I was satisfied with my cut.
