I took my son in for a haircut today and I wanted to use the returing customer coupon, but Patrick did not honored the coupon from Arden great clips because they are a different franchise. Weird.. he could pull my son's previous haircut from the system at the other location.

Heather, (older lady, brown bob, bangs) the woman who "greeted" us was mumbling so much I'm not even sure that was her name. It was obvious she didn't want to be there and couldn't care less about doing her job. The system had only his name for both our appointments, but instead of explaining that, Heather just asked for my name with no clarification. She was apathetic, unhelpful, wouldn't even look us in the eye, which immediately told me what kind of service we were about to get. When I asked a question for clarity, she was indifferent and passive aggressive. If my partner hadn't already paid for us both while I was still in the chair, I would have asked for a manager. I keep my hair long, so I don't get it cut often, and this experience has convinced me not to come back here again. I give two stars instead of one because my hair came out fine despite the experience. Out of the two of us, only I was satisfied with my cut.

Thought it was just a bad day but I did the same thing a few weeks later. Checked in 5 hours early and arrived 15min before check-in. Was still told there was 6 people ahead of me. waited well over an hour

I've gone to this place in the past only to find out they have 10:15 people waiting to get their haircut and only two hair cutters. That's why I stopped going here. Because it will last minute situation I just decided to try this place. Total incompetence! Understand it's Labor Day. But your app says that you're open until 3:00 p.m. walk-ins only. That's fine. So I walk in at 2:58 p.m. thinking I was going to be helped and get a haircut I get told "oh hi we're closed." Here's a little tip for you people. If you're closed, lock the damn door and turn off the damn sign! 🤬
